Purpose of the association:
The Association, whose activities are non-profit-making and in all respects non-profit-making and charitable in the sense of the Federal Tax Code §§ 34, §§ 35 and §§ 37, aims to promote the general public in the following manner:
2.1 The Association is dedicated to the care of people with physical infirmities and mental impairments. In particular, it aims at the holistic and individual support of children, adolescents, adults and seniors with and without disabilities through therapeutic and sporting activities, especially with horses.
2.2 The Association promotes social and cultural inclusion and is active in child, youth and family welfare.
2.3 The Association promotes the resocialization of children and adolescents with behavioral peculiarities.
2.4 The Association promotes the implementation of courses for extended professional training and advanced training courses for sports coaches and therapists.
2.5 The Association supports schooling for young people and adults in the social, general sports and equestrian fields.
2.6 The association promotes animal health, teaches animal ethics and the species-appropriate handling of the living being horse and thus serves the protection of animals.
2.7 The Association aims to promote equestrian sports and vaulting, especially in the area of popular sports.
2.8 The association promotes recreation and leisure, especially through sports activities for people with and without special needs.
